I got the high score, and I never do...
Check out this video game (click)
As of this posting, I have the high score (on Level 3), and a bunch of the top ten. For some of them, I entered my names as my web address in a shameless attempt to drive traffic, which probably isn't the coolest thing.
I'm just so proud.

Call it cheesy if you will, but we went to see Pat Benatar in concert last night, and she friggin tore it up. Set was a bit short, but she can still belt it out...

Robot Camel Jockeys...I shit you not.
Apparently the races are grueling, so they've developed robots to ride the camels, and the real "jockey" uses remote control. Certainly better than smuggled children...

15 year college reunion
Went up to Vassar yesterday for my 15th reunion. At first it was quite strange to be back and talking to people I hadn't seen for 15 years, but it got less weird, and ended up being fun.
John and I walked around our old dorm (where the class of 1956 was rooming-lots of old birds wandering around being really nice to us...). One of John's old rooms was open so we went in and John had flashbacks. It was funny.
Went to the Mug for a while, wandered around campus. Then went to 7-Eleven and got microwave junk food and sat on the curb and noshed. It was like any other night when we were students there.
Full set of pix here...
John having flashbacks...
My room freshman year. They changed the room numbers, it used to be 248.
The Mug, totally unchanged...still smelly, sweaty and loud, and you have to wait too long to get a bad drink.
